You’ll also be able to select whether you would like Sun Life to ask for two-step verification every time you sign-in, or only when they need it. Sun Life uses two-step verification process to strengthen their online portal security. When you sign-in to mysunlife.ca you’ll be asked for your preferred phone number and given a choice between voice or text message verification. Note: Effective March 1, 2023, Sun Life transitioned to Express Scripts Canada as their new Pharmacy Benefits Manager. In order to access the website, you require an Access ID and password. The Sun Life Member Services site, my Sun Life, makes it easy for you to access the benefits information you need to make claims for expenses covered by your plan.
